Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hey all,
Just trying to setup my new store and trying to use shipping calculator from
Settings > Shipping and Delivery > Calculate Shipping Rates
Every time I try this, I get error message. "There was a problem fetching rates. Please confirm that the addresses are correct and try again in a few minutes."
Postcodes are correct and I have checked Sendle's database to make sure they ship to those addresses and have tried many other combinations.
I want to offer free shopping but want to make sure what it would cost me and price my products accordingly.
I have tried everything I can with no luck, can someone please help?
Hi, @RobotWizard.
Thanks for reaching out in our Community Forums.
Which subscription plan is your store subscribed to? The reason that I ask is because the third-party carrier-calculated shipping rate is now only available for merchants in the Shopify, Advanced, or Plus plans. So if your store is subscribed to the Starter or Basic plans, you may run into errors, like the one that you're seeing, if you attempt to use any features within the Shopify admin that requires the enabling of the third-party carrier-calculated feature.
If you're on an eligible plan however, and are still running into that same error message on your end, please contact our live support team via our Help Center here so that we can investigate your account in more detail from our end to determine the cause of the issue.
As it sounds like you're in the process of going through your store's shipping configuration, I thought I'd leave you with some resources below to further help optimize your shipping strategies:
Let me know how you get on with the information above.

Hi @RobotWizard,
As advised by @Kimi, please take a moment to verify your current Shopify Plan. Furthermore, you might want to explore apps such as the PH MultiCarrier Shipping Label, which offers integration with Sendle for your shipping needs.
