Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I want to start shipping outside the US, so I created a shipping rule for Canada and I added items from my store to this rule, but for some items that I added to this shipping rule are not going true in costumer checkout in my store when they add a Canada address and its showing up this massage "This product is not available in your country/region." . Even i have the product in stock in its also available for shipping to Canada .
I will very appreciate any ones guidance to resolve this issue, thank you.
Hey @e-comers
Might be a silly question, but you have not stated. Have you added Canada as a Market in your Shopify admin and added rates for Canada?
What is the rule that you created?
Thanks,
Chelsey
Thanks for sharing your question with our network, @e-comers!
If you don't mind, can you share some screenshots with us of how you set-up your Canadian rates? Furthermore, I see you haven't shared your website information so please do provide us with a product that is currently assigned to the correct profile so we can troubleshoot to recreate your experience in checkout.
If you recently set up the rates and are seeing they are still not available, your browser may also be caching an older version of your site. To rule this out, always try with an incognito or private window to make sure.
