Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Dear Shopify Support,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring a serious matter to your attention regarding an order I placed on the website https://hbcuszn.shop/ in November.
I made a purchase totaling $85, and despite the initial response from the company, I have not received my order, nor have I received any further communication from them. The lack of responsiveness and delivery has raised concerns, especially after discovering that others have experienced similar issues with this particular online store. Multiple reports suggest a history of incomplete orders and unauthorized charges.
I have already attempted to address this with the company directly, but they have since ignored my attempts to seek resolution. Given the circumstances, I am compelled to believe that fraudulent activities may be taking place.
I kindly request Shopify's assistance in investigating this matter and, if possible, facilitating the resolution of my issue. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed to ensure a fair resolution, including the possibility of a refund.
