Unspecified error - Cannot purchase any UPS labels

I am trying to purchase a number of UPS labels and regardless of options selected, I get this vague error that does not indicate what the problem is. I suspect that it is related to my return address, but I have verified that is correct, it shows as "green" in my locations and is also identical to what the UPS verification shows.

If I click "Buy Shipping Label" I briefly get a popup titled "Verify UPS Shipping Address" but this dialog box disappears almost immediately and does not display any data. If I then try to Buy Label again, I get the attached error.

This is new behavior, I have used UPS labels in my store before and I need to get a variety of packages on their way. Any help or tips would be appreciated.

I understand that this general error message can be frustrating. There are a number of things that can cause A system error has occurred and is being investigated to appear when purchasing shipping labels.

In order to determine the cause of the error message and resolve the issue, our Shipping team can take a look at the store and do some troubleshooting for you. Please get in touch with Shopify Support via live chat, email, or callback in the Shopify Help Center so we can put you in touch with the Shipping team. I was able to resolve this issue via contacting Help support. For future reference to anyone coming to this thread in the future, my UPS account had "gone dormant" since I had not used it in a while and tech support had to do a reset so that I could accept the terms again and confirm my addresses. This solved my issue.
