Welcome to the Shopify Community and thanks for sharing your question here!

 

I understand that you're looking to update your Shopify Payments account details and haven't received your payment? Could you provide a bit more context if you're seeing any banners within your admin or error messages?

 

In regards to your payment, are you able to see within your Payouts section what the status of the payment is? You can locate this section by heading to your Shopify admin, and clicking View all payouts on the bottom right-hand side. For better visibility, please see the screenshot attached below.

 

If there are no error messages within your admin and the status of the payment says Paid, you'll have to wait for your bank to process the payment. The funds might not appear in your bank account right after they're sent. Banks typically take between 24-72 hours to process deposits to your bank account.
