Updating my details

Someone please help me; it says I have reached the maximum number of attempts submitting my details in my account. I have uploaded my driver's license, as part of my verification document but it didn't get verified for some reason. But now I can't even resend another copy because of the maximum attempts of sending it, even though I sent it only 2-3 times. I have money waiting for me in my shopify account, ready to be collected and I can't access it. If someone could tell me what to do that would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
