UPS and Shopify Set up for unique situation

The attached "Aggregate Shipping Chart" shows how orders will be packaged and, therefore, how shipping will be charged by UPS. For example, if a person buys just three 1-Packs, that needs to be calculated as a (3) from the chart. If a person buys a 4-Pack and a 1-Pack, that needs to be calculated as a (5) from the chart. Once the order surpasses a combined total of (8) 1-Packs, no matter how we got there, we are into a second shipping box, and the process repeats.

We might be able to help you with the setup using our app, JsRates (https://apps.shopify.com/jsrates-shipping-rates).  Do you have UPS account? If you do, we can help you setup this and fetch your UPS negotiated LIVE rates directly from your UPS account, via UPS API. To use our app, your Shopify store needs to have the carrier calculated shipping (CCS) rates activated.
