UPS Ground not providing rates for nearby addresses

I added a rate in my shipping profile for UPS Ground to use my own account. However, it will not provide rates any addresses that are relatively nearby where we're shipping from (So far it seems within about 50 miles or so). I double-checked with UPS and it UPS ground will deliver locally (within the same city) so I'm not sure why rates are not appearing. Does anyone have any idea why this may be happening?
