Has anyone else been having problems with UPS lately? Within a span of 30 days, they have "Lost" three customer orders! Two of them at the same time at the Hub in Oregon. I have no problem refunding my customers, but the claims process sucks (you have to call/email UPS because it never works to file a claim online), and my customers lose out on products that aren't replaceable because of print choices. I hate disappointing my customers like that. I've resorted to taking out UPS shipping options and only USPS for now. I wonder if other Shopify merchants have the same problem...maybe Shopify as a huge corporation can place some pressure on them to improve?? Sigh...so frustrating.
