Is anyone else having issues scheduling a UPS pick up. When I try I get error "Available pickup dates were not found: An unexpected error occurred" Is this something with Shopify?

  2. Verify UPS Account:

    • Ensure that your account is in good standing and that there are no restrictions or errors.
  3. Check for Service Disruptions:

    • Visit the UPS Service Alerts page to see if any known service disruptions might affect pick-ups.
  4. Try a Different Browser or Device:

    • Sometimes browser issues can cause unexpected errors. Try scheduling the pick-up using a different browser or device.
  5. Review Order Details:

    • Ensure all required information for the pick-up, such as package dimensions, weight, and pick-up location, is correctly entered.

Thanks, I haven't checked it again but hopefully the issue is resolved now. We use UPS pickup all the time and never had this issue so I'm sure it's a glitch.
