I've been getting the following error message when I try to print my UPS orders
"There is an issue with this UPS account. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance."
Can somebody help me fix this? Currently have pending orders that need to be shipped via UPS

Have you already emailed email@example.com? If so, that would send a ticket directly to our Shipping team so they can help you get this resolved.
If you haven't yet sent an email, I'm happy to send a ticket on your behalf. In that case, would you please respond to the email I sent to your Shopify Community email address? I've requested that you share your .myshopify.com URL and an example of an order where you see this error.
Hopefully, you have resolved it and your store is all set! Answering for the benefit of others with similar issues.
