UPS shipping error in Checkout

I'm getting the following error when setting up a shipping profile with UPS:

 

 

 

Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address.

 

 


-I have created a default shipping box (and added UPS standard boxes)
-I have tried changing the "ship to" address (though it's my house and I know they ship here)
-I have changed the business address
-My state (also the state shipping from) is added in the Shipping Zones

-There is only 1 profile that includes all products
-The product is listed as a physical product, with a weight

Other posts with a similar issue mentioned the items I listed above, but none has fixed the issue.  The business regularly uses UPS from their address and would like to use this option.  When I add USPS and FedEx, they both show up as shipping options.

Any idea why this error is showing up?
