UPS Shipping issues

Initially we had set up for USPS & UPS options. When customers would choose whichever option it would indicate on the order which option they chose (USPS ground Advantage, Next Day or UPS ground, Next Day etc.) Our business negotiated a rate discount with UPS & provided us with an account number to integrate into our shopify system. We couldn't get it integrated so UPS sent a rep out to assist. He couldn't do it either. Now when a customer chooses UPS as their option it doesn't actually say "UPS" it just says "shipping". And the cost is higher now than it was before so my customers are paying more than necessary causing me to have to refund in some cases. What or who do I need to hire to get this fixed? For instance, A recent order customer chose UPS & paid $27.06 but we paid $14.51. And the only reason I know they chose UPS is because whenever someone chooses USPS clearly states USPS with whatever option. If they choose UPS it only shows  the word "SHIPPING".

hi @Dellis have you ever tried our Multi-Carrier Shipping Label app for Shopify?

The reason I recommend you try it out is lots of Shopify business owners, especially the ones who already have rates negotiated with the carriers are using the application for shipping.

For starters, you can keep the shipping method's name similar to UPS service, like UPS Ground. The application is UPS Ready certified and supports both UPS and USPS, so based on your requirement you can decide whether to display UPS rates or USPS rates or both. Additionally, since you will use your UPS account, the application will help you integrate it within Shopify and let customers see the negotiated rates.

I recommend you check it out and opt-in for a 14-day free trial. Considering your current experience, I am confident the application will help with your business requirements.
