One my clients having a Shopify website that sells digital vacuum cleaners in the USA
We are using USPS and UPS shipping integration, it was working fine before sep 25 2024
After Sep 2024 UPS stopped working, and the UPS shipping option not showing now.
Can anyone help to solve this issue?

It might have caused by the UPS migration to OAuth 2.0. A few weeks ago we encouraged our app users to re-connect their UPS accounts with OAuth. Those who haven't done it also stopped getting UPS rates just recently. The issue has been solved once they have re-connected their UPS accounts. Hope this helps.

As mentioned by @kolevich , this issue may be related to the latest UPS OAuth 2.0 integration. You will need to contact Shopify support for further analysis.
