URGENT: $11,000 Payment Still Missing from April 24 Orders – Support Delayed & Unresolved

Dear Shopify Support / Community,

I’m writing to report a serious and unresolved issue regarding my payouts from a Shop Cash Campaign.

Timeline of the issue:

• April 24: I received 83 orders within one hour, totaling approximately $11,000 in sales.

• April 28: An amount of $8,780.83 was debited from my Shopify payout account without a clear explanation.

• Shopify support informed me that this was related to Shop Campaign credit refunds.

• I clearly stated that I do not want campaign credits — I want cash credited to my Shopify payout account.

• After escalating, $7,460 was refunded to my Shopify payout account, not as campaign credit.

• Then, on May 14, another $2,200 was showing as Shop Campaign credit. I filed a case the same day, and by May 15, this amount was correctly scheduled to my Shopify payout account.

• However, the full $11,000 amount for the 83 orders still hasn't been properly processed or settled.

I’ve contacted support multiple times. The response I receive now is that the issue is in the hands of developers and may take more time. It’s been over three weeks, and I still don’t have a resolution.

 
This is affecting my business:

• Customers are panicking due to delays and confusion.

• My store’s performance is dropping.

• I’m losing customer trust, which is extremely damaging.

I respectfully request immediate attention and a complete resolution. I need the full payout of my 83 orders processed and credited to my Shopify account — not as Shop Campaign credit, but in real funds.

Please escalate this issue and provide a clear timeline for resolution.

Shopify needs a proper expert support and handling team. Relying on AI for everything is why real problems like missing payouts aren’t getting fixed. Its frustrating and unacceptable.
