Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi Shopify Community,
I’m reaching out because my business is being seriously affected and I haven’t received any resolution from Shopify support despite multiple follow-ups.
This situation is unusual receiving 83 orders in just 1 hour is not normal traffic for my store. Right after the orders came in we began fulfillment. But when we noticed no payout had been received we paused fulfillment to avoid further risk. As of now, 62 orders are still on hold.
I’ve contacted Shopify support several times and received promises that the case is under review but it’s been nearly a month and there’s no resolution.
This seems like a system glitch or miscalculation.
Please Shopify team I request urgent and serious action on this issue. I cannot continue operating my store under this kind of stress and uncertainty.
