Hi Shopify Community & Support Team,
I am reaching out here because my issue remains unresolved even after continuous follow-ups and multiple tickets over the past several weeks.
On April 24, 2025, I received 83 orders within 1 hour. This was highly unusual and raised concerns of a possible Shopify glitch.
On April 28, an amount of $8,780.83 was debited from my linked Shopify payout account.
After contacting Shopify Support I was informed that $4,860.00 had been refunded as Shop Campaign credit.
After continuing to follow up I was told this amount was $7,460.00, not $4,860 a confusing and inconsistent update.
I clarified that I do not want the refunded amount as Shop Campaign credit, but instead need the funds credited directly to my linked Shopify payout account.
On May 14, another $2,200 was marked as Shop Campaign credit. I immediately filed a case again.
By May 15, that $2,200 was finally scheduled correctly into my Shopify payout account.
It’s now June 12, 2025, and I still haven’t received the full payout related to these 83 orders.
I’ve contacted support multiple times but I keep receiving generic replies like.
(Our developer team is still reviewing the case).
Meanwhile, my business is seriously suffering.
I've fulfilled some of the orders due to customer panic but 42 orders remain on hold because I can’t fulfill them without my payout.
Customer trust is dropping.
My store is at high risk due to this ongoing issue.

I’m kindly requesting the Shopify team to treat this issue with urgency and seriousness.
I’ve cooperated and waited patiently, but this has gone on for too long. I am simply asking for the payout I rightfully earned to be released to my bank account so I can fulfill the pending orders and protect my store’s reputation.
Thank you,
Your situation is really worrying. Despite getting so many orders, not getting a payout since April must definitely be affecting your business growth.
In such cases, it is important to keep in touch with Shopify Support so that the case can be taken up on priority. Also, if there is any error in the technical setup or payment gateway configuration, it is advisable that you seek help from experienced developers.
You can Hire Shopify Developers who can quickly resolve the issue by thoroughly checking your store's payment settings, order status, and API integration. This will not only solve the current problem but will also prevent such cases in the future.
Hopefully, your problem gets resolved soon.
