Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Dear Shopify Support Team,
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding an online order I placed on April 9th from a Shopify-hosted store called Rossimoda.
Despite the significant time that has passed, I have not received my order. According to the tracking information provided by the courier company, the shipment arrived in Turkey on April 17th, but since then there have been no further updates or progress in the delivery process.
This extended delay without any explanation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I have attempted to contact the seller multiple times but have not received any meaningful response. I am beginning to suspect that this store may be illegitimate or fraudulent.
I kindly request that Shopify investigate this store and take appropriate action. Additionally, I would like to know what steps I can take to receive either my order or a full refund.
I sincerely hope that Shopify, as a platform, takes such complaints seriously to protect its customers from such poor and potentially dishonest business practices.
