I am reaching out regarding an ongoing issue with my payout, which has been frozen for nearly two weeks. In late December, I attempted to update my payout account to a new checking account in preparation for transitioning to FreshBooks for the new year. However, this action caused my payouts to freeze, and since then, I have been stuck in an unproductive loop with the Escalation Team.
Despite sending numerous emails and following all requested steps, the issue remains unresolved. This delay has severely impacted my ability to operate my business. I urgently need to speak with someone in a managerial or supervisory position who can address this matter promptly and effectively.
Additionally, I noticed an increasing number of similar complaints on the forums. This trend suggests a broader issue with support and account management. I strongly recommend reconsidering the recent shift to a "customer service number-to-call" model, as it appears to have resulted in widespread dissatisfaction.
As a loyal Shopify user, I manage four websites that collectively process hundreds of thousands of dollars annually through Shopify Payments, generating thousands of dollars in fees for your platform. It is unacceptable for such a critical issue to persist for this long, both for me and for other customers in similar situations.
Please escalate this matter immediately and provide a resolution without further delay.
