Hi Shopify Community & Support Team,
I'm posting here because my issue has still not been resolved despite multiple follow-ups and support tickets.
On April 24, 2025, I received 83 orders within 1 hour, which was highly unusual and raised concerns of a possible Shopify glitch.
Since then my payout has not been released. As of today, June 9, 2025, the issue remains unresolved.
To make matters worse my Shopify-linked bank account was debited, and my total sales revenue (excluding tax) was $10,941.33, but I still haven’t received this amount.
This delay has seriously impacted my business:
My store’s reputation has dropped
Customer trust is at risk
I’ve fulfilled half the orders but the remaining are on hold due to lack of funds
Customers are panicking and I can’t delay fulfillment any longer
This is becoming unmanageable and I genuinely believe this may be due to a Shopify system glitch.
