Urgent: Payouts in Wrong Currency After Bank Change + No Response from Support

Hi everyone,

We’ve been trying to get help from Shopify support regarding an issue with our payouts, but we haven’t received any response. This is extremely frustrating as it directly affects our business cash flow, and we need urgent assistance.

The issue started after we changed our bank account to a different one. Previously, our payouts were processed in SEK, but now they are being converted to EUR, causing unnecessary exchange fees—even though our bank account can accept both SEK and EUR.

Additionally, we have an outstanding SEK balance that hasn’t been scheduled for payout. And was processed for the 22th february to be paid out.

We submitted a support ticket about this  but have yet to hear anything back. Is there any way to escalate this? We need this resolved ASAP.
