Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi Shopify Team and Community,
I’m facing a very serious issue that has still not been resolved and it's now been almost a month.
On April 24, I received 83 orders within just 1 hour, which is highly unusual and not realistically possible. As soon as I received the orders my team started working on them. But when the payout did not arrive, we had to pause fulfillment to avoid further financial loss.
As of today:
I have not received the payout for these 83 orders
Orders are still on hold
My store’s performance is dropping
Customers are panicking and losing trust
This appears to be a Shopify system glitch
Despite multiple support tickets and follow-ups the issue is still not resolved and my business is being severely affected.
I request the Shopify team to please take this issue seriously, release my pending payout, and help restore my store’s functionality and reputation.
