Us based store struggling with India customers not able to see payment optiosn

Hello,
We are a US based Shopify store, and have been having significant traffic from India. Due to this, we want to get Indian Payment options like Rupay, NetBanking, etc added as payment options. However, we have not been able to do so.
I navigate to "Payments", "Add Payment Method". If I search for NetBanking it does show up but the providers are PingPong, PortOne, etc are asia based and have restrictions on adding it.

We also tried creating a market but the martket specific payments links simply take me back to my main payments page, so going in circles there.

I see many India shops with multitude of Payment options. I also spoke to folks who said they were just able to add RuPay directly. Can you help but also explain to me how it all works, and why i am not able to?
If you could just outline to me the steps to get it added that would be best!
