US store with Australian entity

Hello

I am setting up a new Shopify store for our brand. We only sell in the USA (all Amazon to date and WP) so the store location is USA for shipping purposes (integrated with FBA).

However with the store set up for USA I then run into an issue with setting up Shopify payments as it expects my legal entity to be based in the USA - it is actually based in Australia.

How do I resolve this?

Do I set the store location as being Australia to have payments? But then shipping settings don't work.

Hi, I'd love to know if you found an answer to this question. I am looking to set up a store to sell into the the US but I am in Australia. Not sure how to navigate around this or what the implications are. Any advice would be appreciated.
