Using a fulfillment center in a South East Asian Country?

Hello,

I have set up with a fulfillment center in a SEA country. I would like for only orders that are placed by customers in certain countries to be passed through via an integration already made to the fulfillment centre. 

Is there anyway to automatically select the fulfillment location based on the location of the customers?
