using paypal for payment. about dispute (dropship)

Hello, I just started Shopify. my country is Indonesia. My target buyers are outside Indonesia. if I use PayPal for payment media. What we know is that PayPal is often disputed by buyers, perhaps due to several factors such as delays in delivery, etc. Coincidentally the item I sold was worth under 7$. Does anyone have this experience, often getting disputes from customers via PayPal?
