Using Printful - Want to add live shipping rates from Shopify plan

I have a POD store based in Canada.  I have the Shopify plan (one up from basic). I keep seeing posts about Advanced and PRo plans which aren't options available to me.  I'm assuming plans are called different things in different countries. I want to use Printful's live shipping rates feature.  I need clarification as I've read I can either add ccs, which would allow Printful live rates, for $20/month or it would be free if I made my plan annually.  I am correct? If so, How do I go about setting this up? If not, what are my options?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with activating carrier-calculated shipping rates into the shop, to ensure this gets resolved. 

In order to enable carrier-calculated shipping within your shop, you must be the Advanced Shopify or Shopify Plus plan. Alternatively, it can be added to the Shopify plan as an additional monthly fee, or by switching over to annual billing as you've mentioned. 

Depending on what route you'd like to take, you will need to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to get you authenticated, as we wouldn't have access to any account specific information through the Community. They will be able to enable that feature on your behalf, once you've made a decision. 

The connect with us, you can: 

• Head over to our Help Center.

• Enter into the chat box Contact Support.

• Log into your shop.

• Select one of the available support options.
