using Stripe payment gateway service

Our company, uses Stripe payment gateway service. Our goal is to have transactions occur on the our platform, as there may be a combination of Shopify-synced items and items that are only available on our portal.

As using Shopify payment processing is optional, we would like to ensure that we use our own payment and checkout process, not using Shopify Checkout to process payments.
