Utah Taxes not working as expected

Utah taxes have been working flawlessly until last week 😥 They are setup correctly but they are taxing all shipping locations in Utah with Salt Lake County and Magna Municipal tax even when the address is not located in those jurisdictions. Shopify is basically overcharging for Utah sales tax now.

@Shopify  please advice.
