Various Shipping Box Sizes Based on Volume

If you have various Shopify products of various weights and sizes, currently you can't associate specific box sizes to those products if all being sold at the same time. That makes it sometimes difficult to help customers get a decent shipping price. Do you currently have any issues with this and how do you handle it in your operation?
