VAT number

Hello, I’ve recently started working on my own e-shop based in Norway. At the moment, I’m just getting started and do not yet have a trade license (business registration). However, I’d like to offer payment options such as Visa, MasterCard, Paysafe, and more. Currently, the only payment option available is PayPal, for which I have authorization. I’m wondering if there’s any way to accept credit card payments without needing to obtain a VAT identification number.
