Please help my home page says my payments cannot be verified.

I cannot find where i go to verify ?? 

I have sent through documents previously

Nick here from Shopify. 

I'm thinking it could be the documents needed to verify you for Shopify Payments? If you submitted some documents and they weren't able to be verified, then you might need to submit some other documents which can fully verify you for Shopify Payments. They must have your name and address on a utility bill. What did documents did you submit? For the ID a government document is what's needed so a drivers license or passport should do the trick.
