Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
In early January, I made an order to a shop using shopify. I had used their shop before with no problems so I decided to place an order of increased value as I was happy with their service and the end product. However, The second time around I placed my order and it never arrived. I waited around for a few weeks thinking that it had been delayed or got lost. It's now been over 4 months and I haven't received my items or a refund. I have tried to contact the seller on their website and via email where I have been ignored and additionally I have tried to contact shopify but the assistant told me I can only get help from a real person if I pay.
The track order button brings up a QR code that, when scanned, takes me to the homepage of shopify.
Contact your payment provider or credit card company to dispute the charge for the undelivered items. They can assist you in obtaining a refund if you've been unable to resolve the issue with the seller or Shopify directly.
