Verifying Identity; living in a shared flat with no utility bill with my name

Hi,

I would like to start the shop I created and start to receive payments but I have to verify my identity with an utilities bill.

Unfortunatly I live in a shared flat and the bill is not on my name. Is there a diffrent way of verifying my identity? Maybe through my ID?
