View Transactions/Payout History after closing store

Hello.

I need to view my financial records for a store I closed last year. I am able to view my billing history, but is there anyway for me to view income history (payouts/transactions) without paying to open up the store again?

I'm happy to share some information about this. You are correct that typically, when a store is closed you are only able to access billing information and would need to reopen the account to access other information and documents such as payout history. I would, however, recommend getting in touch with our live Support team to see if it's possible to provide you with temporary access to your store to retrieve the information you need. This will only be possible if your store has not been frozen (aka, if you have an outstanding payment on your account) as you would need to pay any outstanding bills before regaining access to your store.
