Was credit card processing down 6/4/2021?

We had a customer tell us the credit card option for paying was down yesterday. They went to a competitor's site and it was the same on their site. It seems to be working now, but we had no emails about it being down. Can't find anything online or any way to confirm with Shopify directly.

The credit card option for paying was not down yesterday. It was probably your client's card that had a problem.

Thanks for the quick reply. They stated the credit card spot was greyed out. So they couldn't even enter it. On both websites, assuming the other one was also Shopify.
