Was I scammed? Need advice on recent purchase

I ordered a package through a Shopify site a week ago named Resell Bros. It looked legit and had nice clothes so I thought why not. I ordered and paid and received an order confirmation in my email. It also said on the website that I would receive a notice when the package was sent (it would be sent within 3-5 business days). More than 6 business days later, I have still not received this notice. The company’s email address seems to have been inactivated and I can’t reach them except through Instagram dms, where they don’t answer. Have I been scammed or is it just taking a bit longer than usual for them? And if I have been scammed, how do I report it and potentially get my money back? It is what appears to be a French company, and I live in Sweden. Thankful for replies!

Sorry to tell you but I’m pretty sure you did. I have placed my order from them over two weeks ago and I only got the confirmation email. Have tried to contact them but I’m pretty sure they don’t answer because I think they change their email few times a week…
