We Could Not Verify Your Credit Card. Transaction Declined.

I hope everyone is fine. I have a problem refusing a credit card when linked with shopify to pay the dues, knowing that card is brand new. Is there any solution to this problem?

If the credit card paying the bill does not match the account owner's name it can be rejected on some occasions, yes. This might be affecting the process. Our billing team could verify this specifically for you by checking the payment logs.

Happy to help as much as I can here. Can you tell me if you have made sure there are no blocks on your card, and that there is enough money available to pay? 

 

Sometimes banking institutions can place a block on a card, it might be a good idea to give them a call to see if there were any attempted transactions first, then we can check to see on our end. 

 

From there, once you have confirmed, you can contact our advisors via chat/email or callback request here. Then we can check with our billing team to see what might be happening.

Thank you for your response.

Yes I'm sure regarding the card as its new and I've used it multiple times now for hotel booking so, there's no blocks and there's definitely enough money on it.

I just wanna say that it belongs to my dad and not for me personally. Does this affect the process in any way?
