Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
When a customer has items in their cart and clicks view cart, and then puts in their address and clicks calculate shipping, they get a message saying We do not ship to this destination, even though we do ship to their destination.
I have tried numerous addresses, and it always comes up with this message.
I have researched this issue and I have made sure that I have ship from information in all of my products etc.
I have checked the way I have set up my shipping. I set shipping up manually to be a flat fee and then free if customer spends over a certain amount of money.
When I look at my general shipping rates set up, I can see an error message that pops up very quickly and I think it is saying No locations fulfill online orders.
I would be very grateful if anyone could offer some advice how I can fix the calculate shipping in the cart so customers don't just give up because they think we don't ship to their area.
Thanks

You need to add atleast 1 location as "Available for shipping".

Hello @lunasea
Please make sure you've activated the "fulfill online orders from this location" checkbox within your locations.

Hi There Mirdas,
I'm having a similar issue myself . I just upgraded to the new checkout.
Then I checked it was operating, which it was and gave me a few shipping calculations.
Then I decided to add a new option, an express post envelope, C5. So I went into the AusPost app which seems to be called APM, and created a C5 option.
Then I went to check it with the calculator, and from that moment, all I could get was:
"Sorry, we do not ship to this destination" which was shipping to Western Australia Post Code 6023 in Australia, which had previously worked.
I logged out and back in again.
I closed the browser, still no difference.
I tried on another computer, still the same.
However, my AVG came up with a warning about being infected with gmzdaily? Whatever that is!
I'm not using a VPN.
My location is set.
Is this a temporary thing, or have I inadvertently changed things? Please Help! I'm not getting any orders now!!
TIA Andy 🙂
