When I try to buy certain products in my store, such as the Russian Princess Leggings, I get this error at checkout: We don’t offer shipping to Texas.
We do have a shipping rate set up for the United States, including Texas. I'm at a loss.

When you go to Settings/Locations - Do you see more than one location appearing?
The most likely culprit is that you have inventory setup for your products in a location that doesn't have shipping rates. The solution would be to either transfer the inventory to the correct location or create shipping rates for the location your inventory appears in.
If that's not the case, a screenshot of your shipping rates/profiles would be handy in diagnosing the problem.
