We edited Notification emails, saved and preview but customer received a different email.

Hi we edited notification email to notify customers that their order is ready for collection, with pick up address and opening hours.

We preview and saved it but customer received just a basic automated email notification with no address and opening hours.

What went wrong? Thanks!
