What alternative payment options can I use for selling supplements?

Hi,

I'm planning on selling a supplement health product on my shopify site but worried about some of the stuff I'm reading regarding shopify payments. 
I will be a UK based seller and wondering what alternative payment options I can use if shopify/stripe does not allow the selling of supplements?
