What are good alternatives to Shippit in Australia?

Hi all,

We've been using Shippit for a while now and the app works pretty well, but the support is non existent. Its quite possibly the worst customer support for any app I've used!

I really want to get away from Shippit to one that provides support, has anyone found a better alternative in Australia?
