Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello, I am in Canada and does not have a SSN. But the Payment Section ask for it and cannot be completed with out a SSN.
Is there an alternative (or my options) so I can still complete this section (Payment Section)?

Thank you for getting in touch. Do you have your store's address set to one in the United States, and/ or USD set as your store's default currency?
If you are being asked to provide a Social Security Number when setting up Shopify Payments, it is likely you are setting up a US-based payments account rather than a Canadian one. Please ensure you are using a Canadian address and CAD as your store's default currency when setting up Shopify Payments and you should then be able to set up a Shopify Payments Canada account, where you will be able to provide other information such as your Social Insurance Number (SIN) instead. You can change your store's default currency to CAD after setting things up if you wish.

Thanks for the response.
But if I change the default currency to CAD (from USD), and all the sales are in USD, will I receive the sales revenues in USD?
I want to receive the sales in USD...not CAD.

Can you please first try changing your address from one in the United States to one in Canada, if you have not done so already? It might then be possible to set up a Canadian Shopify Payments account without changing your store's default currency to CAD.
You can still accept payments in USD while based in Canada as long as you provide a full USD denominated checking account with either a Canadian or American financial institution.
If you have used a Canadian address but are still being asked to provide a Social Security Number when setting up Shopify Payments, please contact our support team directly so that we can take a closer look at this for you and help you get the gateway enabled.
