What are the popular online payment methods accepted in Russia?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some guidance with third-party payment providers in Russia, to ensure this gets resolved. 

To share some context, many companies have suspended operations in Russia due to the evolving conflict. With this said, Shopify has temporarily disabled checkouts for Russian and Belarusian merchants at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation, but do not have a time frame to the removal of this suspension.

As previously mentioned, many companies have suspended operations in Russia due to the evolving conflict. With this said, Shopify has temporarily disabled checkouts for Russian and Belarusian merchants at this time. But we are Indian merchants selling products in Russia and not Russian
merchants.

Thank you for the prompt response and sharing that additional information. To gather a bit more context here, are you able to share more information on what country the shop is conducting business out of? 

For a complete list of third-party payment providers, you can check out this page. Alternatively, you can head into Settings > Payments > Add Payment Methods from the Shopify admin to view all available third-party payment providers in your country.

When you say merchants does it mean that:

1. The payment gateways like Yukassa that are based in Russia will not be able to do the needful?  2. Will they be able to pay using the MIR cards, which is Russia's local alternative to VISA/MASTERCARD?
3. Will we be able to do Internet banking through Russian Banks such as Sber Bank, VTB, etc.?
