It depends what information they want.

You could ask your logistics what shipping fields they want. If you don't have software to create a csv / excel file, you can use Google Sheets, it's free. What you might consider is creating a Google Sheet that's shared between you and your logistics partner, then you can export that as a csv and use that as a template to send them.
