What does it mean when draft orders are created by bundler app?

8 0 1

Hi everyone I am new to the dropshipping word and today after few days of running my store I got my first sale. For curiosity I opened the draft orders menu and found two (see attached below) which I didn't create. Investigationg I found out that they were created by this app I use to create bundles (bundler). I do not know what I have to do with them or what they mean. Can somebody help me?

Hi there, @vierisid!

Thanks for your post, I'm happy to share more information.

I was looking through Bundler's FAQ page and found this:

Q: Why is Bundler creating so many draft orders in my shop?

A:  This is just how Bundler works. It applies bundle discounts by creating a draft order with discounted items and redirecting the customer to it.
If your bundles are popular, then Bundler will create a new draft order every time it applies the bundle discount. There is nothing to worry about. When the draft order gets paid, it will be moved to your shop orders. If you want, you can remove the draft orders which don't get paid in a timely manner.

If you don't want the app to apply discounts with draft orders, then you can turn on the feature in Bundler -> Settings -> Discount modes to apply the discounts with discount codes (instead of draft orders). However, it is recommended to apply the discounts with draft orders.

This means you don't have to do anything with the draft orders, as they will automatically be converted to an active order once they've been paid for. If you have further questions, I recommend contacting the app developer directly, which you can do through their app listing:

Let me know if you have any other questions and I'd be happy to help!
