What does 'Manage Shipping Profile' mean in eCommerce?

Pls explain what is function of " Manage shipping profile "   ??

What is mean phrase " Move products here from another profile to set up separate rates. "  ??

Shipping profiles are used to set shipping rates for products. They allow you to charge different amounts based on where you're shipping your products to and from.

Every product can only belong to one shipping profile. The shipping rates set for that profile will apply to any products that belong to it. If you want to create different rates for different products, you can create a second shipping profile. We call this second shipping profile a "custom shipping profile".

For example, you may have an over-sized product that you'd like to charge more shipping for. In this case, you'd create a custom shipping profile, create a new shipping rate inside that profile, and add only the over-sized product to that profile. This way, the over-sized product will have it's own shipping rate, inside the custom shipping profile. 

When you first start your Shopify store, all your products will be automatically added to your General Shipping Profile. If you'd like all your products to have the same rates, you won't need to create a second shipping profile.
