Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello,
I received an email from PayPal saying that:
[Customer Name] (customer email) has cancelled the following billing agreement with you.
Billing agreement ID: A-29W918401092W928185J
What does that mean? Does that mean I should refund the customer?
I also shared a screenshot. You can see here what I mean.
PS. The ID is not correct. I changed the numbers and the letters.
Hi there @durbuncu_!
I had a look around for any info on the PayPal notification you shared here, to see what we might be able to learn about this.
I was able to find this help article on their site, which refers to canceling a billing agreement on the customer side.
It would appear that this refers to automatic or recurring payments like a subscription, though to be certain you'd need to consult PayPal support as they would be familiar with their processes and would be able to access and discuss your account with you.
