What happened to my Innov8tive swag order placed in May?

To whom it may concern.  I made an order for Innov8tive swag Saturday May 28th I received a text message.  I click on the link on my phone, and it brought me to a shopify set up account.  Which I don't know what happened to my order.  My order has never come, and I have been charged $156.90 for it.  I have sent numerous messages and no reply.  But I do have an email in which you may reply to oneaglezwingz@gmail.com.  Please send my order #1653 asap.  Thank you for your time and attention to these matters.

P.S.  Please call this number to let me know also what has happened to my order. And let me know when it will be shipped otherwise, I will contact my credit card company and dispute the issue.

With regards to your inquiry, we always recommend you reach out to the store in question as they are the ones who can resolve this matter directly either by providing shipping details or a refund in this situation. However, given that it has been over 2 weeks and your attempts to communicate have not been reciprocated, we recommend you reach out to your bank now regarding this matter to get a refund. We also do not condone such practices on our platform however due to privacy reasons we are not able to confirm which stores are using Shopify. We do have this link however where you can send in a report to ensure no merchants using the platform can get away with such practices.
